Lu-gats should have an additional 20 or so restaurants but due to a theft in Vancouver, BC in the summer of 1995, those business cards were stolen and the names of those restaurants along the route from San Francisco, CA to Vancouver, BC are now just a faint memory in my mind...

May X, 1995
I'm sitting in the waiting area of Peking Restaurant in Richmond, VA. We're late being seated and I glance over and see a stack of business cards for the restaurant. I wander over and pick one up... Little did I know that this would become the start of thousands and a life-long passion for restaurant dining experiences...
