stolen and the names of those restaurants along

Birth of Lu-gats
- May X, 1995
- I'm sitting in the waiting area of Peking
Restaurant in Richmond, VA. We're late being
seated and I glance over and see a stack of
business cards for the restaurant. I wander over
and pick one up... Little did I know that this
would become the start of thousands and a
life-long passion for restaurant dining
experiences...
